Ron Pressler leads OpenJDK's Project Loom, which aims to add fibers, delimited continuations and tail-calls to the JVM. He is a veteran programmer interested in formal methods and the history and philosophy of computation and the author of the online book Finite of Sense and Infinite of Thought.
